Moves Fitness is a unique dance exercise programme designed by an Olympian for all ages and levels of fitness. We structure a class using choreographed routines to great music, both current and old school tunes. Students get a fabulous fun-filled workout for their bodies and spirit as we dance and move our way to health and fitness! Moves Fitness classes as pay as you go so no need to book, just turn up and find out what you've been missing.

Epsom & Ewell U3A Jazz Group

U3A Jazz Group enjoys New Orleans, Classic and Swing Jazz with audio/visual presentations, live band performances, professional speakers and outings.

Our kind of jazz is about entertainment and enjoying good music and good company. We lay on excellent refreshments for our half-time break and this gives us a chance to chat about jazz, and to make our new members and visitors feel at home.

Every year we have a Christmas party with a top band including some of the UK's best jazz players. We also have other live performances and speakers during each season.

Entry is just £5 for our monthly meetings, which includes refreshments and a free raffle ticket. Visitors are very welcome to come for up to two trial meetings before joining the U3A.

West Ewell Karate Club teaches traditional Zen Shin Karate, self-defence and Okinowan weapons. Beginners are welcome. At your first lesson you'll be given a welcome pack with full details and the form to order your kit and license. The first lesson is free to try it out and then £5 per lesson invoiced pro rata for the term.

Rainbows

Being a rainbow is all about developing self-confidence, building friendships, trying new things and having fun. Rainbows learn by doing - they get their hands dirty with arts and crafts, cooking and playing games. Rainbows are girls aged five to seven.


Guides (3rd Ewell)

Guides are girls between 10 - 14 years of age who are given the chance to use their individual skills and abilities to work towards Guide Interest badges which cover many different hobbies. It is an opportunity to make new friends and to meet new challenges,

Brownies (5th Ewell)

Brownies opens up a world of exciting challenges and the opportunity to try new things and make brilliant friends. Through regular meetings, special events, day trips, sleepovers, camps and holidays, Brownies learn new hobbies, play music, explore other cultures and get adventurous outdoors. Brownies are girls aged seven to ten who become a member of a six and follow a programme called the Brownie Adventure.


Little Kickers

Little Kickers give the children a positive introduction to sport by teaching high quality football skills in a friendly, pressure-free environment, so that they are more likely to stay healthy and active throughout their lives. There are different classes for different age groups.
